Beginning the Conversation
No preparation is needed – a few lines about what you’re imagining are enough to begin. That said, a few details help us respond thoughtfully:
- Your land or home – the community or general area is plenty; a parcel address is even better.
- What you’re imagining – a new home, an addition or renovation, a feasibility question about a site, or a consulting engagement.
- Your sense of timing – whether you’re ready to begin or still exploring. Both are welcome here.
- Early thoughts on budget – approximate is fine, and not knowing yet is a perfectly good answer; it’s often where the conversation starts.

What Happens Next
The conversation comes first – an unhurried discussion of your land, your goals, and whether we’re the right fit. You’ll speak directly with Matthew Grunert, our founder and principal architect – not an intake team. There is no obligation in asking; candor serves us both.
If the fit is right, we follow with a written proposal naming the scope, the fee, and the path ahead – so the shape of the work is clear before it begins.
